Old Habits Are Hard to Break!
Squeaky Clean Service Company is your typical small local service company with a primary owner and a handful of part-time workers to help out when needed. It has operated for 28 years with a decent business during the spring and summer months and a sharp drop off during late fall and winter.
The owner had tried many times to solve the problem of a sharp drop off in business during the winter but had never been able to maintain success. This seasonality grew to be somewhat accepted and a "habit" as he called it.
Tired of the inconsistent revenue model and wanting to grow his business, he decided to try again. He knew that he needed to have a much better online presence but wasn't exactly sure how to go about it.
That's where I came in. I did a complete audit of Squeaky Clean's online footprint and discovered there were a number of issues that were overdue and needed to be addressed.

Facebook Overhaul

OLD PAGES
Over the years, Squeaky Clean had actually developed 2 different Facebook pages across 2 different profiles.
The contact information was the same but everything else was different between the two pages.
This foundation provided a disjointed look to potential customers with no way to succeed long term on the platform.
NEW PAGE
Our initial goal was to eliminate the duplicate page, update the branding to match the website, and configure Facebook to match the overall goals of the business.
We also began interacting online, developing a presence and growing a following for the page which set the stage for advertising on the platform and a more positive reputation in the local market.
Ongoing audit and maintenance of local search, review sites, and industry sites
LOCAL SEARCH
Google My Business was updated to match the look of the new website. Services, links, and other important information were added to help showcase the company.
Analytics and monitoring tools were deployed in conjunction with this to help us stay informed of ongoing activity.
We also added Squeaky Clean to review and industry sites to provide additional ways for customers to find the business and create backlinks for SEO purposes.
